Applications are now being accepted for the Commonwealth UK Scholarship, which offers a fully funded opportunity to study in the UK. This prestigious scholarship is open to individuals seeking a PhD or full-time master’s program and is available in all fields of study. Over 200 participants from various nations are selected annually for this scholarship, and there is no application fee, making it free to apply.
The scholarship covers all expenses, including round-trip airfare from your home country to the UK and back, complete tuition fees, and a monthly stipend of £1,084 (or £1,330 for students in the London metropolitan area). Additionally, a clothing allowance and a thesis grant for writing a thesis or dissertation are provided, along with funding for study-related travel expenses.
Eligible candidates must be citizens of or have been granted refugee status by an eligible Commonwealth country, or be a British Protected Person, and should be permanently resident in an eligible Commonwealth country. Those who have completed either a 4-year Bachelor’s degree or a 2-year Bachelor’s degree and 2-year Master’s program are eligible to apply.
The scholarship is available at various higher institutions in the UK, and successful applicants will be able to begin their academic studies in September, at the start of the UK academic year.
